Zara & Omie: Kombucha Catastrophe
Fermented HairKombucha has a reputation — gut-friendly, trendy, and just the right amount of mysterious. But no one warns you about its… explosive...
Some days call for something simple, cozy, and full of comfort. For Papa, that meant stepping into unfamiliar territory: the kitchen.
When Zara and Misha spotted him at the stove, their eyes went wide.
“Why is Papa in the kitchen?” whispered Zara.
“I thought Papa only cooks… toast,” added Misha.
But this wasn’t toast day. It was a khichdi kind of day. Rice and dal simmered together, filling the air with warmth. Papa stirred proudly, as if this humble dish were a five-star meal.
When the bowls finally hit the table, Zara poked hers curiously: “So… where are the toppings?”
Misha inspected his like a food critic: “I think mine’s missing the papad.”
Papa just smiled, half-proud and half-bewildered, serving up comfort the only way he knew how. And sometimes, that’s exactly what a day needs — a little warmth, a little laughter, and a big bowl of khichdi.
Note: Khichdi is a classic Indian comfort food made by cooking rice and lentils together. Light, nourishing, and easy to digest, it’s the go-to dish for comfort and care.
